Project Profile: An Estate with Personal Style

I have so many projects that I’m excited to unveil in 2021, so I’ve decided to give you a sneak peek behind the scenes of a couple of them as we move through the design process. First up is an amazing estate here in North Carolina, and I’m thrilled to show you a few renderings and design schemes.

First, let me say that this is an amazing client! The family is fun and fab, and the clients have incredible taste and style. This is also not our first job together. A few years ago, these clients hired me as their first interior designer. We created a lovely family home for them at the time, which they have since outgrown.

Now we’re designing their estate with a pool, tennis courts, stables and more! As I said in last week’s post, never underestimate the power of integrity in client relationships and service. I’m grateful to know these amazing clients and to work with them on their dream home.

As you can see, I stretched out of my design comfort zones with new luxury sources, I designed customized pieces with meaning, and our clients approved every single piece we selected. That’s when you know you’ve hit the mark with your vision and design.
